
Today, Lviv region bids farewell to its defenders:
🕯️ Andriy Kovalchik

A resident of the village of Mshany in the Gorodok community. He flew more than 400 combat missions as part of the 12th Separate Army Aviation Brigade named after General Viktor Pavlenko, including flights to Azovstal under occupation. He went missing in Donetsk Oblast on 19 August 2024 while performing a combat mission as part of the 150th Separate Mechanised Brigade. He was 31 years old.
🕯️ Yaroslav Soloninka

He lived in the village of Kavsko, Stryi community. He voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2023, he was wounded during combat operations in the Zaporizhzhia direction. The soldier died on 25 November.
🕯️ Vasyl Gusyanitsa

He was born and lived in the village of Lanivka, Stryi community. He was a soldier, service number 2 of the machine gun section of the machine gun platoon of the unmanned ground systems company of the military unit. He was drafted into military service in April 2025. He received the badge “For Participation in Infantry Combat”. Unfortunately, he was killed on 14 November while performing a combat mission near Novopavlivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
🕯️ Oleksiy Zadorozhniy

He was born and lived in Stryi. He was a master sergeant in the 2nd Airborne Platoon of the 2nd Airborne Battalion of the military unit. Unfortunately, he was killed on 8 November near the village of Filia in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
🕯️ Petro Papayevich

A resident of the village of Tyagliv in the Sheptytskyi district. He was drafted into military service in 2024 and served in the mechanised unit of military unit A0998. Unfortunately, he was killed on 19 November while performing a combat mission in the Donetsk region.
🕯️ Pavlo Lozinsky

A resident of Sheptytskyi. He was a sergeant and commander of an engineering and sapper platoon in military unit A4733. Sadly, he was killed on 19 November. He was 27 years old.
