🕯️ Andrii Buchak
A native of the city of Luhansk. In 2015, he served in military unit A3066 of the National Guard of Ukraine. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna, Donetsk, and Luhansk sectors as part of the 125th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade. He was awarded the Order of the President of Ukraine “For Courage,” 3rd Class; the “Golden Cross” decoration of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s “For Wounds” medal; the “Territorial Defense Forces Cross” decoration; and the “War Veteran” medal. The warrior died on August 12, 2024.
🕯️ Roman Horiachyi
A resident of Lviv. He participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector as part of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo, in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna sector as part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hero of Ukraine Valerii Hudz, and in the Donetsk sector as part of the 80th Separate Galician Air Assault Brigade. He was awarded the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s “Badge of Honor” decoration. The warrior died on June 21.
🕯️ Vasyl Mazur
A resident of Lviv. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian occupiers, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector as part of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo, in the Donetsk sector as part of the 80th Separate Galician Air Assault Brigade, and in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna sector as part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hero of Ukraine Valerii Hudz. The defender died on April 22, 2026.
🕯️ Yaroslav Shurhot
A resident of Boryslav, Drohobych district.
He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in March 2025. He served as a radio telephone operator in the 1st Assault Platoon of the 2nd Assault Company of the 2nd Assault Battalion of military unit A7400. He was killed on July 27, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Kindrativka, Sumy district, Sumy region. He had been considered missing since then. The defender was 37 years old.
🕯️ Bohdan Kovalchuk
A native of the village of Yampil in the Murovane community, Lviv district. He served as a senior sailor and senior gunner in the 1st Mortar Platoon of the Mortar Battery of the Marine Battalion of military unit A4935. He was killed while carrying out a combat mission on June 16 near Novopavlivka, Synelnykove district, Dnipropetrovsk region.
🕯️ Vasyl Kushka
A resident of the village of Vykhopni in the Zhovtantsi community, Lviv district. He served as a soldier in the machine-gun squad of the mechanized battalion of military unit A4594. He had been considered missing. He was killed on May 6, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Oleksandropil, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region.
🕯️Mykola Shevchuk
A resident of Novyi Rozdil. He served as a grenade launcher operator in the 2nd Assault Squad of the 1st Assault Platoon of the 1st Assault Company of military unit A7400. He had been considered missing for a long time. He was killed on January 18, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Darino, Kursk region.
