🕯️ Mykola Yavorskyi
A resident of the Drohobych community.
In August 2025, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was an assistant rifleman and grenadier in the 1st infantry section of the 2nd infantry platoon of the 3rd infantry company of the A4848 military unit battalion. The defender died on 4 November while performing a combat mission in the Pokrovsk direction.
🕯️ Vasyl Tits
He lived in Drohobych.
He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in October 2023. He served in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. He was a radio operator in the 3rd section of the reconnaissance platoon of military unit A4056. The soldier’s life was cut short on 17 July while performing a combat mission in the Pokrovsk direction. For some time, he was considered missing in action.
🕯️ Dmitry Kuryachiy, “The Taxi Driver”
Born in the village of Kalynove, Pokrovsky District, Donetsk Region
Before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he worked as a miner at the Kotlyarevsky Mine, part of the Selidovo Coal Mining Company, for over 18 years. In 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he met his future wife, who is also a military officer. He was a junior lieutenant, commander of the 2nd parachute platoon of the 4th parachute battalion of the military unit. The defender carried out combat missions in various areas, including the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. He received the President’s Award “For the Defence of Ukraine”. He was considered missing in action for over three months. Unfortunately, the defender died on 15 June in Donetsk Oblast. He was 40 years old.
🕯️ Roman Meleško
A native of the village of Kyivets in the Rozvadiv community, resident of the village of Demyanka-Lisna in the Zhydachiv community of the Stryi district.
He was an assistant grenadier in the 1st mechanised section of the 2nd mechanised platoon of the 2nd mechanised company of the 1st mechanised battalion of military unit A4594. He was killed on 21 January 2025 near the village of Petropavlivka in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk region. The soldier was 45 years old.
🕯️ Oleg Mazurkevich
A native of the village of Pidhat, Mostyska community, Yavoriv district. Senior mechanic of the armoured vehicle maintenance unit of the maintenance platoon of the logistics company of the 3rd Special Forces Battalion, senior soldier. Oleg was killed near the village of Mykolaipillia, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region.
🕯️ Oleg Brylevsky
A resident of Lviv.
In 2024, he stood up to defend his homeland from the invasion of Russian occupiers. He defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine in the Donetsk region as part of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade of Sicheslav.
🕯️ Andriy Stakhnyk
A native of Lviv. In 2025, he stood up to defend his homeland from the invasion of Russian occupiers. He defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine in the North Slobozhanskyi direction as part of the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Galician Brigade.
🕯️ Yaroslav Goy
Born abroad. Later moved with his family to the village of Verkhni Hai in the Drohobych district. In 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions as part of the 5th Separate Kyiv Assault Brigade. Awarded the War Veteran medal.
🕯️ Maxim Buj
A resident of the village of Richky, Rava-Ruska community. He served in the 12th Special Forces Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, “Azov.” He was awarded the state award “Golden Cross.” He died on 15 November while performing a combat mission near the village of Novoandriivka, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region.
🕯️ Vasyl Lozynsky
He lived in the village of Zadeber, Ivano-Frankivsk community, Yavoriv district. He was a senior rifleman in the airborne assault battalion of military unit A2582. Vasyl was considered missing in action for a year. The soldier died on 6 November 2024 near the village of Novoivanivka, Sudzha district, Kursk region, Russian Federation.
