In 2023 he volunteered to defend his homeland from the invasion of Russian invaders. He defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya directions in the ranks of the Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnitsky. The warrior died on 20 July 2025.

In 2024 he started to defend his homeland from the invasion of Russian invaders. First, he took part in military exercises in Spain. Later defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine in the Pokrovsk area. Performed combat tasks as part of the 32nd separate mechanised Steel Brigade of the Army.
