🕯️ Oleg Gamera
He was born in Truskavets, Drohobych district. He was a scout in the reconnaissance platoon of a mechanised battalion of one of the military units. He was seriously wounded while performing a combat mission. He underwent rehabilitation. He was awarded the medal “For the sacrifice of blood in the battles for the freedom of Ukraine.” Unfortunately, on 18 October, near the village of Skrypai, his heart stopped. He was 27 years old.
🕯️ Zinoviy Pekar
A resident of the village of Shpylchyna, Bibrsk community, Lviv district. Machine gunner of the 1st airborne assault squad of the 3rd airborne assault platoon of the 11th airborne assault company of the 3rd airborne assault battalion of military unit 2582. The soldier died on 19 October in Donetsk Oblast.
🕯️ Orest Kos
A resident of Lviv.
In 2025, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk region as part of the 82nd Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of Bukovina. He died on 19 October.
🕯️ Yuriy Saychuk
A resident of Lviv.
In 2025, he stood up to defend his homeland from the invasion of Russian occupiers. He defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine in the Donetsk region as part of the 33rd Separate Mechanised Brigade. The soldier died on 10 October.
🕯️ Andriy Kachaylo
Born and raised in Stryi.
In November 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a senior master of the special works section of the special works platoon of the 2nd repair company of the repair and restoration battalion of the military unit. Unfortunately, on 24 October, the Defender died in hospital. The soldier was 39 years old.
