Today Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders
🕯️ Vasyl Savka
A resident of the village of Pryslip, Turkivska community.
He was a machine gunner in the rifle division of the military unit A4267. He died on November 10, 2022 near the village of Yakovlevivka, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region.
🕯️ Volodymyr Gada
A resident of the village of Humanets, Khyriv community. Combat medic, junior sergeant. He was considered missing. Died on October 19, 2023 near the village of Krynky, Kherson region.
🕯️ Volodymyr Shumskyi
A resident of the village of Nyzhankovychi, Dobromyl community. He was a senior lieutenant, deputy company commander for moral and psychological support of the A7364 military unit. He died on February 28, 2023 in the village of Nevelske, Donetsk region.
🕯️ Andriy Kozliuk
A resident of the village of Bohutyn, Zolochiv district. The soldier was a driver-mechanic of a multipurpose tractor of a light armored personnel carrier.
He died on February 27, 2024, in the Zaporizhzhia direction. He was 33 years old.
🕯️ Ihor Hrunyk
A resident of Lviv.
He served in the ranks of the airborne assault troops, first in the Kharkiv region, and later in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he returned from abroad and voluntarily defended the state against the invaders. First, he joined the territorial defense, and later performed combat missions as part of the 95th separate airborne assault brigade of Polissya.
🕯️ Serhiy Kushnir
A resident of Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he stood up to defend his homeland from the invaders. He fought in the ranks of the 114th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the Western Air Command.
