Every day at 9:00 AM, we honor the memory of all those who died defending Ukraine against Russian aggression with a minute of silence. Today, Lviv region bids farewell to its Heroes:
- 🕯 Oleh Mendak
A resident of Sambir. Served in the 95th Air Assault Brigade as a mortar unit operator. Died on January 9, 2025. - 🕯️ Volodymyr Muzhyla
A resident of Zymna Voda village in Lviv district. Served in the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Died on January 13 during a combat mission on the Pokrovske front. The Hero was 50 years old. - 🕯️ Kyrylo Malashevych
Born in the city of Svitlodarsk, Donetsk region. Following the full-scale Russian invasion, he and his family relocated to Lviv. In June 2024, he joined the 80th Air Assault Brigade to defend Ukraine. He performed combat missions on the Kursk front. Died on January 12. - 🕯️ Andriy Luhovyi
A resident of Mostyska. Suffered severe injuries during combat near the Serebryanske Forest. Despite a month-long fight for his life, he passed away.
