Today, on 18 November, Hero Volodymyr Mykhailovych Ivanets is returning to his native community on a shield.
The sad news was reported by the Sheptytsky City Council.
The meeting of the mourning cortege in Sheptytske will take place at approximately 16:00. After the meeting, the funeral service will begin at 19:00 in the Church of the Holy Virgin of Ukraine.
The funeral service will take place on 19 November at 12:00. The warrior will be buried in the Alley of Heroes at the Benduzha Cemetery.
We ask the community to meet our Hero and give him a decent send-off, as he gave the most valuable thing – his own life – for our independence and for each of us.
