Unfortunately, today our region bids farewell to yet another warrior.
Dmytro Kolomiiets lived in Drohobych. In October 2024, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a senior soldier, the commander of the strike unmanned aviation complexes unit of a rifle battalion in military unit A5001. He was killed on May 28 while performing a combat mission near the village of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region. He was 45 years old.
