On April 25, at 17:00, near the Church of Ss. Peter and Paul, we will meet the bodies of two Heroes – Roman Pankevych and Valentyn Mits.

Immediately upon the arrival of the funeral cortege, a parastasis will be held in the room of sorrow. Tomorrow, April 26, at 12.00, in the Church of Ss. Peter and Paul, the funeral of the Heroes will begin.

On April 24, the Holos Sokalshchyny reported that on April 19, 2024, while performing combat (special) tasks near the village of Novomykhailivka, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region, soldier MITS Valentyn Volodymyrovych, born in 1974, a resident of Sokal, died.
On April 19, 2024, as a result of a mortar attack near the city of Krasnohorivka, Donetsk region, our Defender Pankevych Roman Zinoviyovych, born in 1980, a resident of the city of Sokal, died.
