At the age of 50, veteran and courageous warrior, Svyatoslav Denhin, has passed away. He volunteered to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2014, participating in battles at Debaltseve and Schastya. He was granted the status of a combatant.
During the period of 2016–2017, he served in the 30th Separate Mechanised Brigade as a senior material supply officer. Despite injuries and a Group III disability, he returned to the front on 25th February 2022. During the full-scale invasion, he served in the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade as a gunner, taking part in the liberation of Kherson and Kharkiv.
Numerous injuries significantly worsened his health, and on 2nd April 2026, he passed away. A memorial service for the deceased will take place on 3rd April 2026 at 19:00 in the village of Dobrotvir at 1/Sagaidachnogo Street, flat 45, with the funeral ceremony commencing on 4th April 2026 at 13:00. Following this, the cortege will proceed to the church of Saints Equal-to-the-Apostles Volodymyr and Olga in Stary Dobrotvir for a memorial service.
