This is an expensive, rare and formidable technique. The all-weather tactical anti-aircraft missile complex “Tor” is designed to solve the tasks of anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense at the divisional level.
This system is used to cover important military facilities in the first echelons of the ground forces. It is capable of protecting against anti-radar and cruise missiles, unmanned aerial systems, surface-to-air bombs, planes and helicopters.
The Tor air defense system uses an automated control system of the delineated airspace and independently shoots down all air targets that are recognized as hostile thanks to the “home-foreign” system.
