Three National Guard soldiers from the Chervonograd community were posthumously awarded III degree “For Courage” orders

Eleven National Guard soldiers from Lviv Oblast were posthumously awarded III degree “For Courage” orders. The awards were presented to the defenders’ families by the head of the Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi, and the head of the Western Territorial Administration of NSU, Oleksandr Buravkov.

Posthumous awards were given to the relatives of the Heroes of the “Honorary Citizens of the Chervonograd City Territorial Community” Volodymyr Oryshchuk, Andriy Yatskiv and Serhiy Volobuyev.

🕯️ Volodymyr Oryshchuk is the chief sergeant, mortar commander of the 2nd mortar platoon of the mortar battery. Died in April 2023 as a result of artillery shelling while performing a combat mission at the Hutsul military base in the city of Novokalynovo in Donetsk region. He was 28 years old.

🕯️ Andriy Yatskiv – sergeant, driver of the 1st branch of the 2nd rifle platoon of the rifle company (reserve). Died in March 2023 as a result of mortar shelling while performing a combat mission in the area of the city of Novokalynove in the Donetsk region. He was 37 years old.

🕯️Serhiy Volobuyev is a soldier, a machine gunner of a separate detachment of a platoon of a rifle company of the 4th rifle battalion for the protection of objects of state importance. Died in March 2023 as a result of mortar shelling in Novokalynovo. He was 42 years old.
