It has been three years since the death of Ukrainian defender Mykola Shurpeta. On this day, his family, comrades-in-arms and members of the community remember him with gratitude.
The statement emphasises that Mykola stepped forward to defend Ukraine during one of the most difficult periods for the state. His selflessness and love for his Homeland have left a deep mark in the memory of all who knew him.
The community stresses that the memory of Mykola Shurpeta and other fallen defenders who gave their lives for Ukraine’s future will be preserved.
