On 29 September, the Turka community will hold a gathering and farewell for the fallen servicemen Ivan Pavlik from the town of Turka and Mykola Radetskyi from the village of Limna.
According to the preliminary schedule, from 11:00 to 11:10 in the town of Sambir, a requiem service is planned by the monument to Stepan Bandera. At 11:35, the corteges bearing the bodies of the fallen soldiers are to be received in the town of Staryi Sambir.
Tentatively, from 12:30 to 12:40, the Heroes will be welcomed in the village of Rozluch. In Turka, the corteges are expected to be met at around 13:00 to 13:30 by the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the town centre, on Rynok Square.
The cortege with the body of the fallen serviceman Ivan Pavlik will proceed to the yard at the address: Turka, Zvir Street, where a parastas will take place at 14:00. The funeral service on the same day is planned in the Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker on Serednia Street in Turka from approximately 14:30 to 15:00.
The cortege with the body of the fallen serviceman Mykola Radetskyi will depart for the village of Limna at approximately 14:30. The funeral service there is scheduled for 30 September 2026 at 12:00 in the Church of the Synaxis of St John the Baptist.
The organisers note that, should the time or route change, additional information will be published. Residents of the community are asked to line the roadside to welcome the corteges and honour the memory of Ukraine’s defenders.
