In the Belz urban territorial community, days of mourning have been declared for the fallen defender of Ukraine, Andrii Stepanovych Kotyk. The corresponding order was signed by the mayor.
The period of mourning will last from 24 to 26 June 2026. On these days, the State Flag of Ukraine with a black ribbon will be flown at half-mast on the community’s administrative buildings as a sign of sorrow for the fallen soldier.
The order also provides for restrictions on entertainment and concert events and a ban on playing entertainment music in public places during the days of mourning.
The community extends its condolences to the family and friends of Andrii Stepanovych Kotyk and honours his memory as a defender of Ukraine.
