With deep sorrow, the Velykomostivska community reports the loss of another brave defender of Ukraine — the life of Volodymyr-Ivan Lozynskyi ended during a combat mission.
On April 21, 2025, near the village of Nadiivka in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region, senior soldier Volodymyr-Ivan Myronovych Lozynskyi, born in 1999 and a resident of the village of Kupychvolia, was killed in an attack by an enemy kamikaze drone.
Volodymyr was drafted into military service on March 1, 2022, and served in military unit A4921 as a reconnaissance operator in the intelligence platoon.
Faithful to his oath, he remained on the frontline until his last breath, bravely defending Ukraine’s independence and freedom. He will forever be remembered as a soldier of honor who unhesitatingly stood to protect his homeland.
He is survived by his parents, two brothers, and two grandmothers. Words cannot ease the pain of this loss. The entire Velykomostivska community shares in the family’s grief, prays for the repose of his soul, and offers heartfelt condolences.
