On the morning of 17 October, during an air raid alert that lasted from 07:50 to 08:30, air defence forces shot down an enemy drone over the Brody community in Lviv region. The debris of the aircraft fell near a road and caught fire.
According to the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, all relevant services are working at the crash site to deal with the consequences of the incident and inspect the area.

Residents of the region are urged to strictly follow safety rules during air raid alerts and not to approach suspicious objects or debris from downed aerial targets.
