In Drohobych, work has commenced on the renovation of the Memorial Alley, which is planned to be augmented with new portraits of fallen defenders. This Alley, located in the park known as Stepan Bandera Park, deepens the memory of those who gave their lives for Ukraine’s freedom.
The reconstruction aims to appropriately honour all fallen heroes, among whom are natives of the Drohobych community. The Alley serves as a place of peace for the families of the deceased and a tribute of gratitude from the entire community. To immortalise the memory of each warrior, it has been decided to expand and arrange the sacred space.
It is also planned to plant flowers along the Alley by the holidays to generally improve the area, preserving the memory of those who sacrificed their lives, thanks to whom we can live today.
