In the community, 14 July has been declared a Day of Mourning for Vitalii Melnyk, who was killed in action while carrying out a combat mission in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
On this day, national flags in the community’s settlements will be flown at half-mast, and it is recommended that entertainment events be limited as a mark of remembrance for the fallen defender.
