A Day of Mourning has been declared in the community following the death of Defender of Ukraine Serhii Sukhorukov. The decision applies to 27 August.
On this day, state flags in the community’s settlements will be flown at half-mast, and it is recommended that entertainment events be limited as a mark of respect and mourning for the fallen soldier.
