In the village of Hrusiatychi within the Khodoriv community, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the grammar school’s façade in honour of Valentyn Honcharuk, who served in the 2nd Separate Galician Brigade. He was killed on 3 November 2024 while performing a combat mission in the Donetsk region, at the age of 45.
In the village of Borodchytsi, a memorial plaque was also installed for Andriy Makar, a senior mechanic-driver of a mechanised battalion, who was killed on 18 September 2024 in the Donetsk region. At the time of his death, he was 53 years old.
