
The roof restoration work has been completed on the building at 8 Sharanovycha Street, which was damaged by Russian shelling on July 12.
According to the Railway District Administration, the work was carried out with funds from the city budget. Emergency restoration work has already been completed on the residential building at 8 Sharanovycha Street, which was affected by the shelling. **The roof was the most damaged part**. A total of 1 million 862 thousand UAH from the city budget was allocated for its restoration.
*The work was done promptly and efficiently*, and residents can once again feel comfortable in their homes. During the work, the residents were not relocated. The repair work included replacement of wooden structures (roof frame), installation of vapor barrier film, gutters and downspouts, and new roofing.
Before the shelling, the building was covered with slate, but now the roof is made of sheet metal.
