In Lviv on 30 July, during a missile attack on the city, a civilian employee of the Lviv region police, Volodymyr Shandra, was killed. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Police.
According to official information, a Russian missile hit the residential property where a Category I inspector of the 102 service department of the Organisational and Analytical Support and Rapid Response Directorate of the Lviv region police was located.
Rescuers recovered the body of Volodymyr Shandra from under the rubble of the building. He was 35 years old and is survived by his parents and sister.
The Lviv region police expressed their sincere condolences to the family of their fallen colleague.
