
In Lviv, work continues to deal with the aftermath of a hostile attack on a residential building. As of 08:30, rescuers are working non-stop at the site of the strike, where a five-storey residential building has been destroyed.
Units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) are dismantling unsafe structures and clearing the building’s debris. The work is ongoing, with rescuers gradually clearing the rubble in order to complete the elimination of the consequences of the strike.
During the rescue operation, 13 people were saved, including one child. At the same time, it has been reported that one person has died.
According to the rescuers, more than 500 tonnes have already been dismantled and over 100 tonnes of building structures removed. Work to clear the rubble is continuing.
