On 5 September at 14:00, a silent rally in support of the families of missing and captured Defenders is planned near the Maidan shopping centre. The event is organised by the civic initiative “Living in Anticipation”, which brings together the families of service personnel with whom contact has been lost.
The organisers remind everyone that such silent rallies are now held every month, on the first Saturday, to draw public attention to the fate of those who have not returned from the war, as well as to support their loved ones, who have been waiting for years for any news.
All concerned citizens are urged to join the rally in order to offer moral support to the families of the missing and to become the voice of those who cannot currently be heard.
