Fallen defender of Ukraine Roman Stefanovych is returning home with honour. Today, approximately from 13:30 to 14:00, residents are urged to come out to welcome the mourning cortege and pay their last respects to the warrior who gave his life for Ukraine.
The route of the funeral procession will pass through the villages of Berehove, Tvirzha, Hostyntseve and on to the town of Mostyska, where the body of the Hero will arrive at the Church of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Residents of the community are asked to give a fitting welcome to the fallen serviceman, to see him off to his native land with gratitude and respect, and to honour the memory of a man who defended the state and the future of Ukrainians until his last breath.
