On 4 August, fallen soldier Ivan Shnaider will be brought home for the final time. This was reported by the Stryi City Council.
The cortege with the defender’s body will be met at 14:30 in the village of Piatnychany. The procession will then proceed through Stryi to the village of Velyki Didushychi.
Immediately upon arrival in Velyki Didushychi, a parastas will be held. The funeral of Ivan Shnaider is scheduled for 5 August at 11:00.
The announcement calls on the community to come together to accompany the soldier on his final journey and honour his memory.
