On 11 October 2026 at 16:00, a cortege bearing the body of the fallen defender Viktor Myroslavovych Korneliuk will arrive in Radekhiv. Residents of the town are asked to come out to the Heavenly Hundred memorial stele and along the route in order to honour the fallen warrior.
The cortege with the defender’s body will proceed along Lvivska – Vytkivska – Rylskoho – 500th Anniversary of Radekhiv Street to his family home on Mykulajevycha Street. Along this route, the organisers are calling on townspeople to form a live corridor of respect.
A memorial service will be held outside Viktor Korneliuk’s home, after which the funeral procession will move along Halytska – Vytkivska – Lvivska – Tarnavskoho Streets to the Church of St Nicholas.
The funeral service for the fallen Hero is scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 11:00 at the Church of St Nicholas in Radekhiv. The community is urged to join the farewell and pay their last respects to the defender.
