On 6 July, the Radekhiv community marked the anniversary of the death of defender Yurii Yosypovych Oloshytskyi, a resident of the village of Sabanivka. Fellow villagers and community representatives honoured his memory with prayer and the laying of flowers.
In a post, the community emphasised that Yurii Oloshytskyi was killed in battle with the enemy and will forever remain in people’s memory as a warrior who gave his life for Ukraine.
He will forever remain in our memory and in our hearts, for he sacrificed his life for our sake and for Ukraine
The Radekhiv community expressed its gratitude to the fallen defender and stressed that his feat will continue to serve as an example of service to the Motherland.
