On the occasion of Ukraine’s Independence Day, the Chervonohrad community honored the memory of the Heroes.
Mayor Andriy Zalivskyi presented the «Honorary Citizen of Chervonohrad Territorial Community» awards to the families of the Heroes who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of Ukraine. «The memory of the valor and courage of our Warriors of Light should live in everyone’s heart», Zalivskyi stated.
The Order of Courage III degree was posthumously awarded to Oleksandr Buzunar and Mykola Kret. The awards were presented to the relatives of the fallen Warriors by the first deputy head of the Sheptytsky District Military Administration, Iryna Nalyvaiko.
