Two defenders from the Slavska community were honored with high state awards. Sergeant Mykola Tsutsei from the village of Lybokhory received the Ukrainian Minister of Defense’s award “For Wounds.” Previously, he was awarded the “Saint George the Victorious” medal, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s badge “For Conscientious Service,” and the President of Ukraine’s award “For the Defense of Ukraine.”
Andriy Kuziv from the village of Tukhlya received the Ukrainian Minister of Defense’s awards “Cross of Valor” and “Cross of Airborne Assault Troops.” Andriy stood up to defend the Motherland back in 2014, and with the onset of the full-scale invasion, he once again returned to the ranks without hesitation. He currently serves in the 80th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade. We sincerely thank our defenders for their courage, professionalism, and dedication to Ukraine!
