On 19 September at 13:00, a farewell ceremony will be held in Slavske for serviceman Mykola Matliak. The ceremony will be a shared opportunity for community residents to honour the defender's memory.
In accordance with the order of the secretary of the Slavske Settlement Council, Oleh Danyliak, 19 September 2026 has been declared a Day of Mourning in the community. On this day, people are advised to refrain from entertainment events and to honour the fallen with a minute of silence.
The community extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Mykola Matliak.
