In Stryi, funeral rites were held for Serhiy Medyukh, a defender of Ukraine, who was accompanied on his final journey by his family, comrades-in-arms and residents of the Stryi community.
It is noted that from the first days of the full-scale invasion, Serhiy Medyukh returned from abroad to take up the defence of Ukraine. He faithfully upheld his military oath and bravely carried out combat missions, defending the state from the Russian aggressor.
The Stryi community paid tribute to their defender, who gave his life for the freedom and independence of Ukraine, and remembers him with gratitude and respect.
