A farewell ceremony was held in Striy for Arkadii Shafiiev, a defender of Ukraine who came from the Donetsk region. The Striy City Council reported the event.
After the farewell, the warrior was laid to rest in the Alley of Glory. During the mourning ceremony, the community offered condolences to the mother, relatives and loved ones of the fallen.
Residents of Striy and acquaintances of Arkadii Shafiiev, in their messages, thank the defender for his service and remember him with respect.
