With deep sorrow, we announce that on March 21, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission to defend the Homeland in the Sumy region, our fellow resident of the village Monastyrok-Oglyadivskyi, commander of the 1st squad of the 3rd rifle platoon of the rifle company of the 3rd rifle battalion, junior sergeant Soltys Vasyl Volodymyrovych, born in 1980, was killed.
