Volodymyr Kolyada (call sign “Zhyvchyk”) was born in the village of Reklynets, in the Chervonohrad region. In 2014, he voluntarily joined the ranks of the Armed Forces as a sniper. Performed combat missions in the ATO zone in the Donetsk direction.
In particular, Volodymyr was one of the “Cyborgs” who protected the Donetsk airport until the last day. In April 2022, the man again defended the Motherland. For his dedication, Volodymyr was awarded the Order of Courage III degree by the President of Ukraine. Died on November 9, 2022 while performing official duties near Terna, Donetsk region. He was 34 years old.
Taras Stelmashek is a resident of the village of Reklynets. Since 2014, he served in the A0233 military unit and performed combat missions in the ATO zone in the Donetsk direction. During the full-scale war, he defended Ukraine as part of the 24th OMBr named after King Danylo (military unit A0998) in the eastern direction – the village of Popasne, in the Luhansk region. The soldier died on April 23, 2022.
