Bohdan Mysak, born in 2002, a resident of the village of Kulychkiv in the Velyki Mosty territorial community, was killed while carrying out a combat mission in the war against Russian aggression. This was reported by the Velyki Mosty territorial community.
A senior soldier and operator of the 2nd squad of the anti-tank missile systems platoon of military unit A0284, he stepped forward to defend Ukraine in May 2024, consciously choosing military service.
According to the community, on 15 April 2026, in the area of the settlement of Sadky in Sumy district of Sumy region, Bohdan Mysak was killed while carrying out a combat mission as a result of military action, having sustained injuries from blasts and shrapnel.
From 15 April the fighter was considered missing in action. DNA examination results confirmed his death. The defender is survived by his parents and brother.
The Velyki Mosty community reported that on 26 May the community will receive the fallen defender on a shield. They promise to announce the time and route of the procession separately.
The community expressed its sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of Bohdan Mysak and noted that it shares their pain and sorrow.
