During the night of September 3, 2025, the Lviv region was targeted by a drone attack launched by Russian forces. The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, reported the incident.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries. This was made possible by the effective performance of the Ukrainian air defense units, to whom Kozytskyi expressed his gratitude.
Earlier, at 4:43 a.m., an air raid alert was issued in the following districts of Lviv Oblast:

The alert was triggered due to a potential missile strike.
By 6:45 a.m., the air raid alert was canceled, indicating that the immediate threat had passed.
