Roman Spernal died fulfilling his duty in the Kharkiv region.
Roman Spernal (11.11.1986 – 16.01.2026) was a rifleman-assistant to the grenade launcher operator of the first division of border service inspectors. He was born and lived with his family in Stryi, studied at the Stryi Lyceum named after A. Korchak and at IPPT at Lviv Polytechnic National University. He worked at SE ‘Stryilisoprodukt’.
In February 2025, Roman was mobilized and honorably fulfilled his military duty. He died in the Kharkiv region during measures to ensure the defense of Ukraine.
