According to the order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine №84, the sample contract of the volunteer of territorial defense and the sample of the certificate of the volunteer are approved.
The contract is concluded between the commander of the volunteer formation and the soldier in four copies.
From now on, we call on all those who want to create armed units in their territorial communities to protect their territory to do so in accordance with applicable law, to be able to obtain weapons, use them or their own hunting weapons for defense and have a number of social guarantees from the state.
In this war, we will be able to win only by joining forces and coordinating actions in the areas with the command of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
