A local from Slavske, Vasyl Borys, has been awarded an important honour from the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine — the badge “Golden Trident”. This award is another recognition of his bravery and loyalty to Ukraine.
Vasyl has previously been recognised, including being awarded the “Defender of Ukraine” medal for his steadfast service and the “For Injury” medal, which testifies to his dedication and suffering on the front line.
The head of Lviv region, Maksym Kozytskyi, also highlighted his courage by presenting him with an honorary certificate for personal bravery at the front line. The support and recognition from the people only strengthen the resolve and spirit of our defenders.
