A veteran from the village of Tsebiv, Vitaliy Chornyi, received a certificate for purchasing housing as part of the ‘Heroes’ Policy’ program.
Vitaliy Chornyi, born in 1995, participated in defensive operations in Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kherson regions. During combat near Kurdiumivka (Donetsk region), he came under artillery fire and suffered a severe injury, resulting in a Group I disability.
The certificates were presented at the Warrior’s House in Lviv, where a total of 99 veteran families from Lviv region received housing certificates. This initiative was made possible through the implementation of the ‘Heroes’ Policy’ — part of the Internal Resilience Plan of Ukraine, presented by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The program was supported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs with financial assistance from the European Union under the Ukraine Facility. These are not just certificates; they are another step towards ensuring our Defenders and their families feel the care and support they undeniably deserve.
\”Thank you, Vitaliy, for your resilience, unbreakable will, and dedication to Ukraine,\” noted the Belz City Council, proudly honoring each of its Heroes.
