REFERENCE Serhiy Mykhailovych Kovalchuk was born on August 11, 1976. In 2005-2019 he worked at the Lisova mine of the Lvivugol State Enterprise. He lived in Chervonohrad, Lviv region. Serhiy is survived by his wife and two children.
