Recently, the defenders, together with the civil-military cooperation group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, handed over products to residents of settlements not far from the front line.
People who remained in the frontline areas are very often deprived of the opportunity to work and receive wages. Also, due to the constant threat of shelling and destroyed infrastructure, they do not always have the opportunity to provide themselves and their families with food and basic household items.
Servicemen of the 103rd Brigade always find time to help local residents and share with them the most necessary things.
“Now, about 500 people live in our village, including 45 children. Now, thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteers, we need a little less food. We try to distribute the help we receive among those who need it the most, for example, among families with children, the elderly. Someone always comes to us and we feel that the state needs us. From the bottom of my heart, on behalf of all our residents, I want to thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine, especially the units that are helping us now. The guys who are here always respond to our requests for help and always share theirs with us,” says the head of one of the communities of the Kharkiv Oblast Ihor.
