Viktor Stavnychyi was born and lived in Stryi. He studied at the Stryi Lyceum named after A.Korchak and at Stryi Vocational School No. 8. He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in June 2023. After the battles in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, in which he participated, Viktor was considered missing.
He was identified through DNA analysis, bringing almost two years of uncertainty to a close. Condolences are extended to his mother, relatives and loved ones. Eternal memory to the Hero.
