In the Lviv region, they mourn another hero — a resident of Dernovo, Volodymyr Luchynskyi. He served as a gunner in the 68th Separate Jäger Brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush. On 19 May 2024, Volodymyr was killed while performing a combat mission near the settlement of Umanske in the Pokrovskyi district of the Donetsk region.
His death brought pain and sorrow to the entire community. Sincere condolences are extended to the family, and the memory of the hero will remain forever in the hearts of the residents and loved ones. His bravery and dedication to the country will never be forgotten.
