On 7 November, the Yavoriv community will welcome the funeral cortege bearing the body of fallen defender Dmytro Soboliev. According to preliminary information, the procession of vehicles will arrive in Yavoriv at approximately 17:00.
The cortege will proceed along Osyp Makovey and Ivan the Baptist Streets. The gathering is planned near the Tiramisu, Mini-market and Smakota shops. From this point, residents of the community will be able to join the walking procession to the Church of the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Third Town, to accompany the warrior on his final journey.
Also on this day, at 19:00, a memorial service for the repose of the soul of Dmytro Soboliev will be held in the chapel of the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Residents of the Yavoriv community are urged to join the gathering and prayer, so that together they may honour the memory of the fallen warrior.
