This was reported by the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Maksym Kozytskyi. Nazar Daletsky is a resident of the village of Velykyi Doroshiv, Kulykivska community, and a participant in the ATO. He went to defend the state at the start of the full-scale war, serving in the 24th Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo.
“In May 2022, Nazar stopped communicating. Initially, the warrior was listed as missing. Later, the family was informed that he had died in the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, on September 25, 2022 — on his birthday. In July 2025, another of our defenders, who was freed from captivity, reported that Nazar was alive. In August, this information was confirmed by another warrior. In October, a third. Relatives petitioned and believed. Today a true miracle happened. I sincerely congratulate Nazar, his loved ones, all who prayed and hoped.
