Tomorrow, February 13th, the Hero Igor Alexandrovich Bereshnov returns ‘on shield’ to his native community. The mourning procession will be met in Sheptytsky at approximately 16:00.
After greeting the Hero, a Memorial Service will begin at 19:00 in St. Vladimir’s Church. The funeral service will take place on Friday, February 14th, at 11:00. The Warrior will be laid to rest in the Heroes’ Alley at Bendyuzh Cemetery.
We ask the community to meet our Hero and honorably accompany him on his final journey, as he gave the most precious thing – his life for our independence and for each of us.
